I went to this dealership on the spur of the moment when I needed a new car immediately. They were nothing but warm, welcoming, and friendly. Christian came out to greet us, answered all my questions on the spot, and made sure we were fully informed on everything we needed to do. I walked in that door at 4:30 pm and walked out by 6 with a brand new car. I didn't have a good experience at all. My Appointment was for 9:45 I sat there till finally someone came over to tell me about my car at 11:10 exactly! Mind you I only came in for an oil change and it’s now been over an hour waiting! Now it’s 12:15 and they say my car is ready, but Noooo They couldn't find the paper work to my car then we found out they gave it to the wrong customer! We had concerns about our car leaking oil two weeks after we had the oil changed. The manager of the service dept went out and looked the car over as per our request. It helped to ease our mind and here it was a pinhole in the oil cooler line. Thanks so much for fitting us in to look this over on a very busy day for you and then completing the work in a timely manner!
