I only say yes to recommending due to once you’re able to get an appointment or get answers, the people are really nice. Outside of that, I say no. They are always booked & when you call to ask a question about your car, no one is ever available. I called almost 2 weeks ago, then I followed up this week & still no update. This causes me to take my business to Langhorne or other Toyota locations. That’s an inconvenience as Sloan of Philadelphia is the nearest location to my home.
