We had some damage of our car when we hit a pile of snow that turned out to be ice. They did a wonderful job of helping us with the insurance claim. The car looks like new. Thanks to Bill, our service rep, and Rich, the contact at the body dept for a job well done.

I used to go to Sloan Toyota since I brought my Rav 4. I moved to Berk county and go to Performance Toyota for my service now. Yesterday I was In Philadelphia for the day to see my nieces basketball game. While I was driving someone told me both my brakes lights were out. I called Sloane Toyota at 350 and explained my issue. The service guy said bring it right over and we will take care of you. They had me out by 440 and I was able to make it to my game. Great service as usual
