Returned to this dealership after previously talking to Eddie regarding an interest in purchasing a vehicle. We came as promised. Salesperson was busy and said that it would be couple minutes. Half an hour later standing in the showroom, not a single person approached asking whether we needed any help. If Eddie is so busy with other customers, please refer to one of your colleagues, offer to have a seat, and ask whether we needed any assistance. Immediate impression of this dealership is negative. Will not return.

I was recently searching for cars in Philadelphia and it has been a struggle and a hardship. I went to this Toyota dealership and as soon as I got there I was greeted by a young man named Eugene he assisted me with all my needs and got me an amazing deal on a 2007 Hyundai Sonata.
