Ordered a car about 2 months before I came to pick it up. Had an agreed upon price and signed papers. As soon as the car came in, I went to pick the car up and signed more papers. One of the papers that I signed was a buyers agreement, but I didn't notice that price was $1000 higher than our original agreed upon price. I called and called for 3 days straight before I could get an answer. Sales manager simply said "when you ordered it, there was a $1000 rebate, but the rebate ended before the car came in" They were very shady... read more
Spent 2 hours for a routine check to change oil and to fix my bumper since it wasn't correctly installed the first time. Less then 24 hours later and the bumper is STILL coming off and I have a flat tire. Pretty sure all you did was crank my ac and sit in it for two hours.
I went there today to buy my 2015 Toyota Tundra my salesman was Lester Torres man what an awesome guy one of the best salesman I have been to he had me in and out of there in no time at all I will always be buying my trucks from Lester and the team and Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia

I just bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander! Let me tell you how excited and in love I am with this car! The one I wanted was difficult to find, so I had to wait four weeks, but so worth it! The sales department, Ilya Granetsky specifically, was wonderful to deal with! He's very conscientious, diligent and informative. My problem here is that I allways end up paying way too much, today I came for an oil change and they told me that need new brakes wich I fixed here 5 months ago and even do they are under waranty, the service guy came up with some other expences and I ended up paying $140, I mean come on....can there be a day that Toyota cares about the customer and not the $$$$$? A refund would be good to keep me as a customer,

My vehicle always seems to run better after I have it serviced.
Had multiple negative experiences with the service department. They always readjust our seats when we take in for service. I am not talking about sliding it back to accommodate a taller person I am talking about a total readjustment to drive the car 75 feet to a service bay. We have talked with the manager Ray and his assistant Bill and they give us the same lip service " it won't happen again". Ray even went as far to defend his staff saying his people may be taller.
