My girls LOVE their trampoline, it has been one of the greatest investments we've made - a few times now over the years. It helps my Autistic daughter calm down, aids in imaginary play and gives my girls an opportunity to interact. We have purchased from Skywalker Trampolines several times and have no customer service complaints.
Great product very easy to install and the customer service is excellent if you have to order a replacement part down the rd. By far the best trampoline we have owned.
I have a Skywalker Trampoline for my youngest granddaughter, she absolutely loves it. I would like to win one for my twin granddaughters, they always like to jump at the trampoline places and at my house.
I ordered the 15ft trampoline and went to assemble only to find I was shorted 4 essential screws. I sent an email requesting the screws be mailed to me. I needed M4.8x16mm screws and they sent me ST4.8x15mm!! So not only can they not count, apparently they are unable to read as I typed the correct size. I'm returning it immediately!!! I don't have room in my life for extreme stupidity and that is all this company has shown me.
The one we have has lasted several years. My son is just getting too big for the 8ft. The 12ft would be a great addition to our yard, and we can pass the smaller one off to the neighbors with younger kids.
I bought a trampoline used and had to purchase replacement parts and this company was professional and super helpful they even gave me a coupon code to reduce the price or the new jumping mat!
Product I ordered was the incorrect size, and they wouldn't pay to ship it back even though their product was wrong. I had to pay to ship it back and hassle for a refund. Won't ever buy from them again!

In order to get a replacement bolt because one was left out of my box I would need to spend 2 hours collection information for the company. Buy a Jump King! I've had much better experiences with them. I never had any problems with my Jump King and it was so much easier to assemble.
