I will never recommend or purchase this product again.
Bought a trampoline in May and discovered a hole in the mat in September. I sent in the requested information for warranty coverage and they processed in a day! No hoops to jump through, no ridiculous questions asked. They are shipping a new mat in the same day I sent the warranty request! I love great customer service!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Skywalker Trampolines customer service department (Jessica Clerk) you help me out this past summer with sending us a replacement part that was missing to assemble my daughters new trampoline you made our summer! Blessings and Thanks!!
We are so happy with our Skywalker trampoline!!!! We own a kids gym and our trampoline gets a LOT of use! I would recommend this trampoline to everyone! Hours of fun!!!!!!!
