Great customer service. We had a minor problem with 1 part and they shipped a replacement immediately.

It is one of the safest trampolines that is available my kids had one but the hurricane got the best of it I have five kids and all five were able to play on it safely with no problems so if you have the chance to get a Skywalker trampoline this would be the one you should get for your kids

I am really impressed with the customer service your company has. I'd love to give a shout out to Heidi! When I was panicking that they missed a piece in my box to build my trampoline, she was on top of sending my piece out ASAP!!! it's a surprise gift for my children and it's partially set up, but I cannot go any further without this piece. Amazing customer service!!! After stating my request, I received an email from Heidi stating what they would need from me even before I had ended my call with her! After answering that, I received another email stating the part would be sent that day. Now that’s good customer service!!
