Talk about a GREAT product and even BETTER customer service! I bought the SWTCS015 15'x15' Square Trampoline in 2016 and have not taken it down since set up! Even for the blistering cold midwest Iowa winters! Everything is still holding up, even with a big hole from a branch that fell out of our 121 year old silver maple tree last summer! Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased a trampoline in the middle of March 2021. Waited 3 weeks, the ups shipping # said it was still waiting for it to arrive to them. After countless emails I finally talked to a man named Drue. He said they were out of the one we originally ordered. So after speaking to “upper management” they upgraded to a bigger size with a basketball game attachment and it would be shipped out next day. Well we got the basketball game and STILL no trampoline. We ordered a trampoline on March 26th we received it quickly but unfortunately it came without a very important piece and I have called for 3 days sent an email and left a voicemail. I am very disappointed for not only the sad children I had to try and explain this to hoping they would understand that mommy was trying to fix it just to realize the only way I would get this fixed was to order the part and pay for it seems how that’s the only way someone responds! I am infuriated by Skywalker Trampoline. I bought a trampoline through amazon in September 2020. The product arrived in January 2021 (Maybe okay because of pandemic delays). The box arrived MISSING 48 springs so we could not enjoy the product. I had to go to Skywalker's website and pay 100 more dollars for 48 more springs. Skywalker then sends me.....44 springs...I was still missing 4 springs! So, I just ordered 12 more springs ..I hope I get at least 4 springs in the package. They do not respond to customers. I have been reaching out for nearly two weeks with no type of response. I have called, left messages, emailed, and reached out through FB messenger still no reply.
I took off work and spent 3 hours getting this together as a surprise for my kids for Easter. I put it together and went to go get the instructions to start on the net and heard a pop. This is what I saw. Customer service doesn’t answer calls. I also messaged and emailed them.
