Company decided to do not deliver it to me because was bought much cheaper then next day price!!! All the prices were increased under COVID-19 situation where our children entertainment stuff became more important then usual. They canceled my order just few hours before expected delivery time. We have had our trampoline 20 days. Only used by my 4 & 6 year old. Today we noticed it has 2 holes in the black mat. Tried calling & it says to contact through the website. I couldn't get the email anywhere on there website to attach everything that needs to be sent for a warranty claim.
We have had the same Skywalker Trampoline for about 8 years after a storm took out our previous one (Lesson: always get the stakes). The quality is great, and the service and cost for any needed replacement parts has been fantastic.
Less than two months old. Only being used by a nine year old and twelve year old (due to Covid) and this is the result? Terribly made and worse than that, they don’t stand behind their product and they are only sending a “replacement pole” versus a brand new trampoline! They should be thankful my son didn’t get extremely hurt. How terrible not to replace this piece of crap!

After ordering our trampoline they sent out information relatively fast, but after 2 weeks of it not arriving we called the LTL company XPOLogistics and they said they never picked it up. When I first emailed them they responded immediately and had multiple correspondence until they told me it is lost. Now Skywalker is not returning my phone calls or emails and not giving us any information about our trampoline or it’s location. Be very weary about ordering from them.
My family loves our Skywalker Trampoline! We had an issue with a part missing when we first received it due to a damaged box. So we called their customer service and Jessica and Drue were so helpful. It was the easiest process to file a warranty claim and receive our missing part. I would highly recommend this company to anyone not only for the amazing product but the wonderful customer service they provide their customers!
Be sure to order the right parts because if you have to return them they have a restocking fee. For example, I ordered $78 worth of parts I had to return because they were the wrong size. I know it was my fault to order the wrong size however the money that was returned to me was only $20. So I gave up $50 and I have nothing to show for it. This is not good customer service at all!
We have purchased two Skiywalker trampolines, first one damanged by the Oklahoma storms. Order our second trampoline and it rained for for the next two months and after that it was so hot we just stayed in the pool. Wtih the nice weather going on, we pulled the two huge boxes out of the garage to find UPS had damaged one of the boxes and repacked it without all of the parts. Customer service was AMAZING!
