Order placed on 3/19/21. Item still shows as ready to ship on their site. We’ve had absolutely no response from customer service to our multiple emails and phone calls. I don’t care how good the product might be. It’s worthless to me at this point. Disputing the charge on my cc. I wish I’d read the reviews on this Facebook page first. I wouldn’t have even ordered.
I ordered a trampoline with the expectation that it would be delivered in the 7-10 day estimate given. The trampoline was intended to be a gift. I reached out to insure it would be here in time and I was told 3-7 days in transit. Soon after a shipping label was created but the item was not shipped (according to UPS). WONDERFUL experience with Customer Service. Some pieces didn't fit together quite right as we were putting our new trampoline together, and they got replacement pieces out the door on their way to our house the same day we called. We finished putting it together today, and the kids LOVE IT.

Missing pieces. Impossible to get a hold of customer service. My child just gets to stare at all the pieces unable to put it together. It’s a really lovely way to waste your money.

I purchased a trampoline for my children for Christmas. The entire lot of hardware is missing. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails to “customer service” I have yet to receive any type of replacement or resolution. Skywalker Trampoline has also deleted my Facebook post asking for assistance.
Really wonderful customer service. The particular trampoline I was looking for had been out of stock with distributors in my country for a while. The team at skywalker was able to answer my questions quickly, and let me know when they would be back in stock in limited numbers, and through which sites. Thanks to their help, I was able to find one in stock and order it for my kid. I love that they went above and beyond to find that info for me. My kid is going to love her new trampoline!

I ordered our trampoline on a Tuesday, and received it’s just a few days later on Friday morning! Shocked at how quickly it came! My kids are absolutely in love and happy to have a trampoline back, as am I! It keeps them outside for hours, and they have a blast! It was very easy for my husband and his friend to assemble. I’m so happy to have stumbled across Skywalker on my search to find a replacement trampoline. I highly recommend!!
