We got a 15 foot round trampoline and it’s been the hub of our backyard all summer. And it’s been not only great for jumping but also for naps, reading, board games and camp outs. It’s cooler off the ground and away from bugs! For me, it’s a giant sized hammock.

Really impressed with skywalker trampolines we had a few warranty issues and skywalker trampolines were excellent in addressing the issue and resolving the warranty. They really do care about there customers and the products they sell. We are excited to have our trampoline all back in working order so our family can enjoy it! Thanks skywalker trampolines we would defiantly recommend them.

We purchased our trampoline in March of this year and it gets used everyday. We have had to contact Skywalker customer service for 2 things and both times we have had the best service and the replacement parts arrived in just a few days. Skywalker employees want to help and make you feel like you are important to them and not just another day in the office. We will always recommend Skywalker trampoline to everyone we know.

Our trampoline needed a replacement part and we were sure the company would give us a hard time because we had it less than a year. But that was not the case!! Not only was the customer representative friendly and courteous, but they mailed out the part and we had them within a week. Fastest and friendliest service ever!

We bought a 15ft Skywalker Trampoline and we LOVE it! Our two boys use it daily and they do not get tired of it! Unfortunately one of the poles came apart. I emailed the company and I got the speediest and best customer service! After I've submitted all the documentation I received an email within minutes letting me know that the part will be shipped right away! Awesome product, awesome customer service!!

Seriously this is the best company ever! We have had a 15ft Skywalker Trampoline for 2 months now. It is amazing, super fun and a great addition to the family. Unfortunately the zipper just broke on the netting. I called in to see if we could fix it and the friendliest customer service agent helped me right away. Within a few minutes of getting all my info they had already shipped out a replacement piece to fix what was broke. My experience with Skywalker Trampolines customer service was outstanding - special thanks to Drue who took care of me!! I had a problem with the jumping mat, but my trampoline was out of warranty. Instead of brushing me off, they stood behind their product and agreed to send me a replacement mat. It shipped out the same day! I just wish there were more companies out there that stand behind their products like Skywalker Trampolines. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a trampoline.

I can’t wait to use this trampoline! It shipped to my home promptly and I believe a few parts got lost on the delivery truck. I notified customer service and they have been extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this company for trampolines and all backyard fun. If their trampolines are as good as their customer service, you will be extremely happy. Thank you.
