I had a piece break on our kids’ Indoor trampoline and after submitting what they have asked, and missing the receipt they still sent me the parts and an extra net. (which I had 2 holes) I can’t thank skywalker enough for their quick action to send all the parts and it came protected and my kids are happy again! We own 3 trampolines and I’m super happy with all their products! Thank you thank you!!!
Our jump mat had small tears out of the box and we didn’t notice until it was assembled. I emailed Skywalker and filled out a quick form and the replacement is on the way. I was really worried it would be a hassle to get help but customer service was right on it. Quick and easy! Very pleased and would recommend their products!
Skywalker Trampolines has tremendous customer service - attentive and take action to address customer needs when problems arise. We have had our trampoline for 3 years and our kids continue to enjoy using it regularly especially with their friends.
The skywalker trampolene we purchased was easy to assemble. We had a problem with a small hole in the enclosure and Drue from customer service was outstanding! The company made it so easy to get a replacement! My kids love the product and so do I! Thanks again to the amazing customer service!
There was a piece broken in my kit. Skywalker quickly replaced it. They were very professional in their response and the treadmill is really sturdy. My kids LOVE IT!
Skywalker Trampolines is a great product!! My children love this item and have had hours of fun creating new games to play on it. My husband and I love it because it has gotten our children and their friends away from their electronics and out into the fresh air, no matter the temperature, together!! Skywalker's customer service is outstanding. They responded quickly to my inquiry and provided all of the info I needed.
We ordered the Skywalker 15' trampoline from another store for Christmas. It was missing a few pieces when it arrived. Once I provided Skywalker with the information they needed, I heard back in 20 MINUTES, and they said they were shipping the parts today. My kids can't wait to use it. Great customer service!!! Highly recommend...
Excellent company with outstanding customer service. Purchased trampoline from Walmart- one pole was bent ( during shipping I suppose) Walmart wanted us to return the whole trampoline ( after we had assembled) I contacted Skywalker - sent photo of damaged pole and it is now on its way. No arguing, no attitude just 100% great customer service. I purchased the 15 foot trampoline for my grandson for Christmas; we love it!!! It has a basketball hoop and a volleyball net! Great quality; easy to set up. We had one minor issue and called customer service and was helped promptly; the customer service is out of this world!
