We purchased a 14x16 oval Skywalker Trampoline from Walmart online. It arrived safely in two large boxes. The instructions were a bit confusing, so I called Skywalker customer service and was very pleased with the tips Drue sent me via email, which helped immensely. My wife assisted me and called customer service later in the day for clarification on putting the mat/net on the oval properly, and was extremely pleased again with Drue's clear verbal instructions. Excellent, fast and friendly customer service. So refreshing in today's market where I'm normally talking to a computer. Drue responded to an issue we had very quickly and it was taken care of in no time at all. In every market there will be hiccups, but the true test of a company is if they stand behind their products. Skywalker does. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Our trampoline provides so much fun for our whole family!
We purchased a 17' Skywalker from Dicks sporting Goods for our 3 granddaughters, we discovered we were 3 springs short. I contacted the customer service department and spoke to Drue about the replacements. She talked me through what I needed to do and sent me the list of what information I needed to send. We had nothing but helpful customer service reps when we called for help with replacement parts! Once i filled out the waranty info they quickly replied to me and mailed my parts out..all done in a 2 day span...thank u Drue! :-)
Great trampoline, excellent customer service, after unboxing and setting it up I had a small issue with the installation, I called customer service and spoke to Heidi she asked for a couple of pieces of information and some pictures she responded back in less then an hour, she gave me some great advise and things fell into place, she was pleasant and professional and made my granddaughters day. My daughter got a Skywalker mini trampoline for her birthday. A couple months ago we noticed the netting ripping by the door. It dipped to bad we ended up having to cut it cuz it got stuck around her neck. I contacted Skywalker today and without hesitation sent out a new mat/net for us.
