Purchased a trampoline from an on-line retailer and realized there was a hole in the enclosure netting after we'd assembled the entire thing. I submitted a request for a replacement part from Skywalker and the customer service was outstanding! Within a couple of hours I had a response and the replacement net was immediately shipped to me. Very pleasant customer service reps and incredibly prompt attention to my request. Thanks, Skywalker, for restoring my faith in good customer service!!
What an amazing company. Customer support was great. The trampoline I bought for B was missing a support and a 5 minute phone call is all it took to get the situation handled. The replacement part ships tomorrow. I even called 2 mins before closing and the customer rep Shelley was so pleasant. THANK YOU SHELLEY
I am very happy with our Skywalker Trampolines, but I am most impressed with their customer service. The day after setting up the trampoline, we discovered a tear in the netting. Their response was clear, helpful and they replaced the netting without unnecessary hassle. I recommend doing business with Skywalker.
Amazing company! Quality trampolines that help with health issues, not just for fun. Our daughter has chronic lung disease and jumping helps open her airways.
WHAT INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! After putting up our new trampoline, we found that there was a small rip in the bounce mat. I contacted customer service by email late in the day, and promptly received a reply first thing in the morning. There sending out a new mat today!!!!! Further, being concerned about safety, they cautioned me to make sure that no one jumped on the trampoline in that the tear could spread and someone could get hurt. Skywalker Trampolines customer service was beyond anything I could ask for. I contacted them thinking I was not going to get anywhere with the rip in our net but they took matters professional and they listened, explained what I needed to submit and in return I got a new net right away. I mean it was at my home within 5 business days! They have been great and professional and I would recommend them to anyone!
