I ordered the rectangle trampoline for my daughters and was shipped the wrong parts. After almost a week customer service still hasn't gotten back to me about replacing the part. This is an error on their end and for how much money I spent it should have been fixed immediately.

Great customer service! Our trampoline screen had a hole in it, within hours of sending the representative all our details for the part, she responded and said the item has shipped! She was so friendly and speedy, I couldn't have had a better experience. Not to mention my little ladies and I love our trampoline! Will definitely recommend to all!
I originally put 1 star due to missing parts and not getting through to anyone. They contacted me here with information on getting my parts. I called and had a very nice customer service experience and I will be receiving my missing items! Thank you so much!!
possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, could be a great trampoline we don't know missing part when we tried to assemble it
The trampoline we got was great! My husband was able to set up 95% by himself. The quality is amazing and my kids love it. I feel completely at ease with their safety while they are playing on it because of the perfection they have in their products.
These are so cool my kids would love this.they always talk about wanting one but we never have the funds
