I am extremely unhappy with costumer service and the defected trampoline. I was told winter months (we live in Michigan) void the warranty but cannot find that in my copy of the Manual $250 wasted before my kids were able to enjoy it
My 68 pound baby sister who is blind and autistic bounced on the midsize indoor with enclosure trampoline about two hours a day for two weeks before it buckled under her while she was in it. The welding on the leg support was so bad that two of the legs folded under and fell completely off. She bumped her head really hard on the floor and cried for an hour. Would be nice
Don't waste your money on their trampolines. This is a one season item. Had the trampoline from June to Sept when I noticed the base of the net was coming apart from apart in a few areas where it's suppose to be connected to the jumping mat. I was a couple of months outside the 90 day so they wouldn't honor the warranty. It's a bear to put this thing together too. We have loved our Skywalker trampoline. Great prices and a fantastic product.
I can't say enough about the wonderful product and customer service I have experienced with Skywalker! My family loves the trampoline and the quality of the steel legs is double that of my previous trampoline. In addition the customer service is unbelievable, I highly recommend purchasing a trampoline from Skywalker Trampolines!
Trampoline is awesome. We got the 16x14 oval. Should take off a second star because the instructions inclosed are very very very off! Very very very vague. Especially when attaching the jumping mat. I recommend watching the video from YouTube for the model you purchased. Otherwise trampoline is great.
