This is only trampoline I recommend to people. Love safety features!!!!
I never owned a trampoline but always wanted one but I bet they are very sturdy and last very long and are the best out of any company of trampolines
We received a used skywalker trampoline from a friend, still in great shape! Kids were so excited, so I told them we would buy a new pad and a new enclosure for it. Got on the website, the enclosure and the pad costs more than one of their brand new trampolines at Walmart! So disappointed! I contacted customer assistance and they told me to wait for a sale online. Poor customer service - I'll buy a new trampoline, but it won't be Skywalker!
I purchased a 9x15 Skywalker Trampoline a few years ago from BJ's. We take it down to the frame every winter, and put it back up in the spring. This spring my neighbors tree fell on the tramp and bent the frame. I just ordered replacement parts, the kids and I are eager to receive those and get our tramp in working condition.
I'm very pleased with the exceptional products and professional staff.
Received a trampoline as a gift for my son's 2nd birthday. We noticed it was missing one bungee cord that goes underneath the trampoline. The company will NOT provide us with a replacement part since I do not have a receipt. The customer service department needs some help! I do not recommend buying from this company since they are not willing to help with something that their company messed up on. Who knows what else is missing in other boxes that they refuse to replace.
Love my Skywalker Trampoline. The people are great to work with and answer any questions that I have had. Looking to purchase a Jungle Gym from them next for my family.
