We had some straps on the safety net that were breaking and Skywalker sent us new straps right way. Skywalker trampolines rocks and they have great customer service.
We have had our Skywalker trampoline for 7 years! We love it! We have a son with autism and Skywalker wants to make sure he has a fun safe environment to do his bouncing!
We love love love our trampoline! Best one we have ever bought! Only 1 minor complaint, the bars on the ladders need to be a little thicker.
