We purchased a Skywalker trampoline for a Christmas gift. We had to wait a few months to take the trampoline out of the box and assemble because of winter weather. Upon assembling, we found two small holes/tears in the mat. I contacted Skywalker customer service and supplied the required information for warranty. My review is for both the product AND customer service....the trampoline is perfect for what we needed (a place for 3 little boys to bounce out some energy!). The product is well made and easy to put together. During installation, the netting did tear, likely from a compromised spot in the netting. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new net, with very minimal work on my part. SO GREAT! And they sent it out the very next day. Awesome!
We ordered a Skywalker trampoline! It arrived exactly when they said it would. Our box was a little damaged but not our parts. We were missing the tops to the protective netting. I contacted Skywalker right away via phone. Shelley got the warranty info to me via email immediately. Within 1 week we had a parts at no cost! Love the customer service! My wife and I purchased a trampoline from Skywalker via Amazon for our 2 year old twins for Christmas. It was easy to put together (about an hour) and a quality product. It held up very well for 2 months of daily abuse. After 2 months the netting started to tear. I contacted customer service and they had no problem replacing the Mat and netting assembly. Just recently ordered a trampoline from your company and a piece was missing. Customer service was absolutely horrible and basically told us to buy the part with no help from them at all. So on top of the price of the trampoline I spend more on the part that's missing plus the shipping for something that should have been there to begin with. Now we wait longer for it to arrive with 2 heartbroken kids. Will never recommend this company to anyone!
First, I'm surprised to see so many customer service complaints for Skywalker trampolines as they were great in my experience and very prompt. I purchased my daughter the 15' round trampoline with an enclosure from Toys-R-Us we had the trampoline for just under a month and 2 magic holes appeared. After about 1 1/2 hours, that's including for warranty assessment, my new trampolone mat was on its way here.
