We purchased a 13 x 13 for the family at Christmas. This thing is amazing. I did plenty of research and found Skywalker to be the best all around trampoline at excellent prices. Just recently I noticed some defects in the metal support posts of the enclosure. I contacted Skywalker customer service and they were very responsive. I had new posts shipped out to me within 3 days. I can't stress enough how excellent the customer service is. Every trampoline I own from now on will be a Skywalker.

We ordered the 17×15 oval trampoline ,when the 2 boxes arrived there were a couple holes in the boxes from transport and because of it 1 of the springs must have fallen out , so I got in contact with customer service and Jessica send me extra springs in no time, so we set up our trampoline and everyone that has been on it just loves it . It's a great product with great customer service, the only regret we have is that we didn't get a Skywalker sooner

I'm well pleased with this company! I ordered my child the 15' square trampoline as a replacement for a standard round one. After erecting it, I noticed some defects to the net and mat. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and went above and beyond to rectify the issues. We love the size of this trampoline and the frame is very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this company if you're in the market for a long lasting trampoline. Skywalker definitely knows how to take care of their customers!
I recently purchased a 16ft oval trampoline and had some issues with assembly. I reached out to customer service to explain and they far exceeded my expectations. In fact, the representatives I communicated with went out of the way to resolve my problem extremely quickly. What I thought was going to be another big company nightmare has turned into a positive experience putting faith back into the fact some companies honestly do care about customer satisfaction. Great customer service! Had a part missing from my trampoline, contacted them and within 30 minutes the problem was resolved! How much faster could you possibly ask for an issue be resolved? Very kind, polite, and respectful throughout the whole process!
