I purchased a Skywalker Trampoline through a vendor online. The product arrived and it unfortunately had a defect. I contacted Skywalker about the warranty and turns out I purchased the trampoline through an unauthorized vendor and it was not covered. But Heidi, Skywalker Customer service rep, sent me a replacement part anyways. This was a surprise gift for my daughter's birthday and this company went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They embody what customer service should be.

Love Skywalker Trampoline so much they are phenomenal awesome in sending out damaged parts Drue gives exceptional service very caring goes up and beyond treats people like their friends best place in the world to order a Trampoline from remember Skywalker if you want the number one Trampoline ever your kids deserve the best quality ever!

We love our Skywalker trampoline!! The quality is so much better than other trampolines I have seen. In fact, we like it so much, when we moved into a house with an in-ground trampoline, we didn't hesitate to pull it out and fill in the hole. Friends thought we were being ridiculous (because they thought an in-ground trampoline would be amazing), but we told them our trampoline is better :). Skywalker customer service is also amazing and responds to questions and provides support so quickly!!

I see a trend here reading other folks reviews. I also purchased a great product from this company and it turned out some damage to the box during shipment caused me to be missing several components for assembly. A quick email to their customer service was all it took, Jessica Clark took care of everything in the quickest fashion imaginable. With service like this, you can't go wrong! Looking forward to many years of fun!

It is with pleasure that we purchased a Skywalker trampoline for our three children. A great reward to highlight their school efforts. We would like to highlight the quality of customer service, especially the work of Mrs. Jessica Clark. His professionalism and quick response is worthy of mention. Now, it remains only to have fun !!! thumb up.

After reading all the positive reviews for Skywalker Trampolines, I settled on a 14' round model with encolsure for my kids. I was really excited to get it set up when it came only to find a piece missing. The box was really damaged so I'm guessing that's how it came to be missing. I hoped that we could get replacement part in time for my kids birthday in two days, but knew that would be unlikely. I just purchased a new 12 ft trampoline and the box was damaged when it came in and some parts were missing because of the damaged box. I went to the company's website and sent one email and gave all information that was requested. Within 24 hours I received an email from their customer service manager, Jessica Clark, saying that my replacement parts were on their way already.
