I have the utmost trust in Dr. Rich and his associate. I am always treated with a lot of respect and patience with my "dental anxiety". I am very impresed with how thorough each visit is and I like the state of art equiptment that Dr. Rich uses. My inlay was done perfectly. For every visit I have had, I have no complaints! I even like Judy a lot. She explained all my insurance information and is very friendly. The enviroment is spotless! and very relaxing.
Excellent staff and customer service and ditto for the work that has been recommended and done! First time with Kelly/Hygienist - excellent as it has been with previous Hygienists. Dr. Rich is excellent and has established himself with me, and family as the place to go for dental work.
I love this office, The staff is oustanding and I have the upmost respect for Dr Rich and his team. I have been trully blessed and I will recommend Dr Rich to everyone !
Dr. Rich always provides excellent dental care. He fully explains the procedure(s) and any future dental work needed. I value his recommendations. His office staff is very professional and always accommodates my schedule. I would recommend Dr. Rich's practice to others. He's a real gentleman.
I like how Dr. Rich teaches his assistants and provides wax hand dips and video glasses to take your mind off the work that needs to be done.
Procedures I have experienced include prophylaxis, fillings and crown installation and crown replacement. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Rich to friends and acquaintances.
Dr. Rich is a perfectionist, which is a trait you want in a dentist. He not only explains the treatment to the patient, he also instructs his assistants. From the moment you step into the office, someone is there to help you. The front desk employees are extremely helpful - and they do all the insurance for you! I would definitely recommend Dr. Rich. (You can even have a hand parafin dip). Also, Dr. Rich has incorporated all the newest equipment into his dental care.
Terry and I are very pleased with this office, your staff and the treatment we receive. Thanks for your quick response to every issue that comes up and the thorough treatment we receive. Also thanks for the call to Terry last night. That extra touch is wonderful and really puts the icing on the cake. We truly appreciate all of you and your kindness. Thanks again so much!
