My appointment was for routine cleaning, which was as always quick and painless. I did not see Dr. Rich during this visit, but did see his associate whom I found to be extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Rich's practice to anyone without question.
Dr. Rich is very kind and attentive. I appreciate that he explains to me what he's doing as he goes.
Had many procedures done--crowns, fillings etc. All very successful. Great treatment all around. Highly recommend him to all. Office staff great.
Small cavity. This Dr. is the best there is in the dental field. He has Replaced all my fillings with composites. He has placed 5 caps on my teeth. There is no better Dr. in this area to have dental work performed.
My son had two teeth pulled and went right back to school. He has had no pain. The staff did a great job to ease his mind, gave him adequate anesthesia and very clear home care instruction.
Dr. Rich: You are a gentle giant. Thank's so much for your over the top treatment I recieved. I was suddenly taken ill and you stayed untill I was feeling better and the assistant another 5 minutes after that. Just to make sure I would be alright>
My husband did research on the internet to select our new dentist and so far, everything about our appointments and treatments have exceeded our expectations. We are impressed with the throughness and kindness and professionalism of every staff member we have met.
Dr. Rich is the best ever! Noone has ever been able to get me numb and not increased my anxiety...he does it every time! The staff is all highly professional and considerate. I never have any complaints about Dr. Rich or any of his staff, they are all wonderful.
Dr. Rich is a wonderful dentist and I appreciate how kind and gentle he is to my children. He always puts them at ease and explains the procedures in ways they can understand and relate to. I also appreciate him taking the time to check in with me at home to make sure everything is going well for them.
