Great office all the way around! Had one emergency appointment, cleaning, x-rays, and a filling... all went great!

I have had a lot of dental work done in the past 3-4 months and pain--none, cost--very reasonable--facilities, chair-side manners, office staff--awesome. Everyone went to the school of "Wonderful". It is so unbelievable that I have found a place this great. Everyone is just so totally amazing.
Over the years Dr. Rich has done general dental care and some crowns for me. I can honestly say that I have not had any problems or discomfort with any of the work he has done. His professionalism and gentleness (and that of his terrific assistants) have always put me at ease and the quality of his work is outstanding. The ladies who manage his office operations are tremendous. They greet me by name when I come in and they always make sure my insurance is processed promptly and correctly. I was very happy to be able to obtain medical assistance right away for a tooth that broke off at the gum line The entire staff is kind & helpful. I'm always sure I will receive the very best dental care here!
I love this place!! Me and my children always feel welcome at Dr. Rich's office. Dr. Rich and his staff are great. They have always been helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem with any of my dental work or billing.
I have had 2 crowns done recently. i always recommend Dr. Rich to everyone that is looking for a dentist. He and his staff are awesome.
a buildup for a future crown, there was no pain and everyone is extremely nice!! I would, and have been, recommend this dentist to everyone! this was an emergency situation and my dental insurance was maxed out by a previoius dentist for the year, that is why I had to pay more than normal. I'm sure that as I continue with Dr. Rich that it will be better for us financially.
I had a crown work for a cracked tooth and a filling replaced. I found Dr Rich very thorough and gentle and very informative. Great chair side manner. The assistant was wonderful, explaining what she was doing as she went along and very mindful of my state of comfort.
