This is a top notch professional dental office. I keep referring all my friends and co-workers because every one from the front office to the pt care staff, give such great personal and detailed care. I always leave there knowing that my dental health is in good hands. And that makes me feel good.
I just had a cleaning done, it was quick and painless! I would definitely recommend Dr. Rich to everybody. The office and staff are pleasant, too!
Dr. Rich was wonderful. I am a high anxiety patient and him and his staff made me very comfortable. He continually asked how I was doing and made sure that I was OK. He was very efficient and before I knew it my procedure was over.
Dr. Rich and his staff have always been very professional. Initially my step-daughters went to him and he was very upfront abou the dental care that they needed. I started seeing him myself about 10 years ago. I have always had difficulty getting numb for dental work and have high anxiety about it. Dr. Rich has always been able to get me numb first shot and has treated me with respect and dignity. Dr. Rich and his staff were highly recommended to me by my mother-in-law and now I know why. Each member is very personable and friendly. They thank me for coming and apologize about inconveniences. My son was happy with his experience of getting a filling and a sealant.
I recommend this dentist to all adults I know. He's always done such a great job with any worries and explaining himself. I've been going to Dr. Rich since i was a young girl and now that i'm married and have children of my own i wanted my children and husband to also experiance Dr. Rich's wonderful work. Being in the medical field myself, I am very aware of how things work in the office. In Dr. Rich's office, things work very well. Everyone I had contact with today was friendly, well trained, knowledgeable, and most important to me, confident. I have three more appointments in the next few weeks, and expect that what I was treated to today is the norm and not the exception. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Rich. I did rate the facilities "Like a health spa" though I did not see a masseuse.
