Great dentist! Always does a great job. Very gentle and kind, knowlegeable on the latest procedures/technology.
Have had multiple fillings replaced, crowns and the like. Dr. Rich is always gentle and kind and does an outstanding job of explaining your oral health care needs and options. His office is always immaculate and uses up-to-date technologies to enhance oral care. My whole family sees Dr. Rich even though he's not on our insurance plan because we love his office staff and his great care. We definitely would and have recommended him to others.
I had a routine cleaning done by Laurie a hygienist. She is professional, personable, and skilled. Dr. Rich is one of THE best dentists in the Olympia and greater Seattle area, in my opinion. Dr Rich and all of his staff make you feel like a member of the family. They are always glad to see you or when you call with an issue, their response is positive. I have referred several new patients to Dr Rich and look forward to seeing what new technology he is using today.
Regular check ups and cleanings. Great office staff and nice facility.
I would recommend Dr. Rich to others for dental treatment. My broken tooth was filed smooth and a covering put over the top of the root until the post and composite tooth is done.
Regular 6/month Cleaning. He came to verify all was good after the cleaning was done.
Dr. did an Exam after the cleaning. Dr. Rich has always been friendly and thorough. He has always look out for the best of his patient oral health. Because of insurance, my cost is very minimal. His staff has always been excellant in working with my insurance and I haven't had any problems with the billing. I would recommend this dentist and his office to anyone who needs a dentist.
I am very picky about dentists. I don't like to go. I interviewed dentists before choosing Dr. Rich and his staff. I scheduled my first cleaning but had not had my appointment yet when I broke my tooth a week before Thanks giving. We had a dibilitating snow storm. They got me in and put a temporary fix on my tooth. It was painless and they had very good manners and were very sensitive to my needs.
