I had one crown and one filling and the procedure was high tech and extremely comfortable. Dr. Rich was very professional and highly capable in his procedure. I was very comfortable and comforted by his skills.
What i really hate is how you are approached at the end of treatment for payment. I have been coming to your office for over 10 years and I get the impression that you folks think i'm going skip out of what I owe you. Is it unreasonable to expect to be carried on the books for 30 days if the repayment process (many out of my control) takes that amount of time? I have good insurance and I also have a spending account but things take a few days to cross in the mail. Don't you get 30 days to pay for your supplies and services? ... read more
I did not see Dr. Rich today. My teeth were cleaned by Lori. As always she is worth her weight in gold! She deserves a big raise, there is no better hygenist in the world. Thanks so much for your care of my teeth Lori. As for Dr. Rich, I only go to the best Drs. for my health whether it is teeth, eyes, or body. So as my statement says, he is the best! Very pleasant office. The staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. Had a very pleasant and professional first visit with Dr. Rich. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to.
The wait (once they numbed my mouth) was longer than it should have been. They cut my lip on the opposit side of my mouth and now (the next morning) I cannot bite down correctly, which means I will have to go back in and have this reshaped. I do like doctor Rich and the process, once started was fairly easy (Other than when my lip was cut)
Dr. Rich- a great experience today. He has a fantastic chair side manner and explains every detail and procedure clearly. I,m very happy with my first visit and plan on coming back.
My old Dentist was heading towards retirement and my wife suggested I give Dr. Rich a try. I was impressed with the cutting edge technology he and his team are using. I received an aggressive treatment plan to get me back on track. (yeah, I've been lazy with the floossing) His staff was not pushy or condescending. My 11 year old step -daughter, who has a terrible mouth after living off of rural Arizona well water, really feels comfortable there too. That means allot to our family.
6 month checkup. Clean, x-rays and check. Everything was quick & painless as usual.
Regular Cleanings Fillings Always cutting edge treament, constantly updating methods and procedures. Staff is pleasant and upbeat. Started to go here when run by Dr. Homer Woods. Since he moved on I have been treated by Doctor Rich for many years. Recently I was handed off to Dr. Jacobsen. While initially not crazy about that, she has proven to be competent, gentle and friendly. No complaints.
