Had my regular cleaning done today. Great job as usual! I always recommend Dr. Rich & Staff. I have continued to go to Dr. Rich even though he is not on the preferred provider list for my insurance - that's how good he and his staff are! The best!
I had my routine cleaning and check up today with Dr. Rich and his assistant, Lori. As usual, I was impressed with every aspect of my experience! Punctual, professional and personal! Lori shared very important and interesting information about the new technology Dr. Rich is using. She was very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable and prepared for each service. I drive from North Seattle to Auburn because I can not imagine seeing another dentist. Dr. Rich and his staff are superb! Friendly, efficient, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, I feel that Dr. Rich, Lori, and the entire team have my best dental health at heart all the time. My appointments are pain-free and I look forward to going to the dentist. Bravo, and thank you!
First phase of having 2 crowns replaced which were not done properly at another facility. One of the crowns was just done in Oct. 2009. I was very pleased with my treatment. I am VERY nervous about going to the dentist due to poor dental care in the past as well as extreme difficulty getting and keeping me numb during the procedures. Not the case today!!! Dr. Rich has done a several crowns for me and replaced a few fillinga over the years. All of the procedures went well and were successful. His bedside manner is always polite. He is very careful to explain the procedure and what to expect. I trust his judgement and feel comfortqable knowiing that he is and his staff are up to date with the latest technology. I had a filling done today and everything went well. I was concerned about not feeling any pain during the procedure, and Dr. Rich made sure I was totally numb and completely comfortable. In fact, it seemed like it took no time at all to get my tooth filled. Overall, it was a great visit.
