The whole staff are very professional and personable. I have no anxieties about coming into the dentist for any reason.

Three fillings were done. I hate Novocaine and the needles but I have to say it was as close to painless as humanly possible and the numbness was not so heavy handed that it took all day to wear off. Another nice surprise compared to previous experiences at other offices. Their approach is very gentle and even Dr. Rich has a very calm, unhurried demeanor that is very sweet and reassuring. Each and every time I walk into this dental office, I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. The office is clean, up-to-date on technology, and very comfortable. My personal favorite is the warm blanket to lay over my legs during a visit! I have only had cleanings and 2 veneer replacements done here and have been extremely satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Rich did a great job. He was calming and gentle and his staff is very helpful!
I have had very good dental work in the past, and very poor. So, when you include all of the latest techniques used, outstanding staff, professional in all aspects. I will be coming back again and again even though my insurance doesn't cover it...... A++++++ to all aspects.
Prep for 2 crowns upper left side and deep scaling/cleaning on the right side by Traci. A total process for both procedures was about 3 hours. No pain and chair side manners were outstanding. Best treatment I've ever had. I know why Dr. Rich was voted top dentist again for his great care and work. I have recommended Dr. Rich to friends and they have taken my advise. Can't get any better care anywhere:)
