I was a prior patient of Dr. Rich, but had not been to the dentist for a few years. I had 4 fillings and the work was done very quickly and efficiently.
Dr Rich runs a top notch office. I always get in right on time, no waiting. All the staff go out of their way to make sure I have anything and everything I need. Dr. Rich himself is an excellent dentist always checks to see if I am comfortable and OK. And my teeth look beautiful! : )
I had a dental cleaning done today and as always Dr. Rich and his staff were/are and always shall be the best. They are like family to me.
Filling completed. No pain or problems. Dr. called in the evening to follow up and make sure everything was fine. The procedure was relatively pain-free and all seemed interested in my comfort during the entire procedure. Office staff made sure to confirm correct anesthetic (special issue) and brought me whatever I needed while waiting in the chair.
Great experience. i am grateful I had enough anasthetic that I did not feel anything. My tooth is still slightly sensitive but improving. I am grateful how well Dr. Rich and everyone else communicates and how comfortable they make me feel. Thank you for watching my kids when I had to come a second time that day. That made it GREAT!
Dr. Rich was very easy to talk to. I understood my treatment plan and felt very comfortable with it. The staff was attentive to my needs but not over done. The office was comfortable with spa like treatment. Yes, I would recommed this dentist.
I did not see Dr Rich this visit Seen Tracie for cleaning appt only.
First dentist I am comfortable with and trust. Would recommend Him to anyone looking for a dentist.
I do not choose to do a review, but I fail to see how this application will accept my multiple choice feedback, without one. Also, as insurance effectively hides any knowledge of cost from me (a universal problem, contributing to healthcare's unneccesary expense), this application does not have a "don't know" button. I rate Dr. Rich and his staff highly. I rate this feedback application poorly, and annoying.
