For just a check up, I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Rich in the few minutes he spent checking up on my dental health as well as my family & job!
I had some fillings done, I was runnning late and they called asking where I was. They weren't mad and very nice even though I was late
I don't enjoy visiting the dentist, but Dr. Rich and his staff make it as comfortable as they possibly can. I would and have recommended Dr. Rich and his staff to others.
Very caring office and truthful. They are not trying to put crowns on every tooth or replace all your fillings.

Dr. Rich is an excellent dentist. He is gentle, caring, and uses touch to reassure and calm the patient. Office staff, especially front office, are friendly, and on it. Greet me by name. Yes, I have and would recommend Dr. Rich to others.
Met with Technician regarding whitening program. Nicole did an excellent job explaining the process.

Dr Rich's office was my first choice in choosing a dentist ( recommended by 1 800 dentist) in my area. He explained everything before the procedure began. He also asked me if I had any questions before, during, and after my treatments (crown). I feel very comfortable now going to the dentist as long as Dr Rich and his facility are my dentistry choice.
