Quick check and scheduling of fillings for 2 cavities. He was quick, but patient to explain my questions for cause and prevention in future. No blaming.
Dr. Rich continues to impress. His practice is almost at capacity. His staff is well trained and professional. His investment in technology and the latest treatment information is top notch. I would reccomend to others.
Crown removal, filling, temp crown Dr Rich and staff are the best I've ever had, They do an excellent job of letting you know what needs to be done, why, and the cost. They make me believe they do actually care how I feel.
Two of my old fillings were failing, one on my front upper tooth and one on the second tooth back. Dr. Rich replaced them both during one appointment. No pain or anxiety, very professional. I do not shop around for less expensive dentists even though I have no insurance. I want the best for my teeth and I believe Dr. Rich provides that.

I've had multiple fillings done through Dr. Rich's office. Their chair-side manners are the best! I have never been to a dental office so devoted to caring for their patients. Everytime I walk in it is one of the two receptionists, who greet me by name, making it a very personalized experiance.
