As a new patient, I was very impressed with the care and the thorough exam. Tracy was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do and then reviewed all that she did. Dr Rich had a great chair side manner and worked with Tracy as a team. I will definitely recommend Dr. Rich and his staff. Thank you.
I have had varied services over the years. From a front tooth cavity to an implant and night guard. Recently my concern was the front tooth because of location, but Dr. Rich eased my fear and the procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Rich and his office staff are always timely, professional and kind.
I usually hate going to the dentist and dread my appointments. I absolutely enjoy going to Dr. Rich's office. I never have to wait, my hygienist is wonderful, quick, and provides a relaxing experience. This is just a great office where the staff seem to enjoy working together as a team.
I've had my teeth cleaned here for 15 years now plus our family of 6. He is great with kids too. As an RN I am very particular about optimal patient care and professionalism. I've had a crown, root canal and onlay done over time and he goes the extra mile to make it just right. He also knew when one tooth needed advanced treatment and referred me out.
