Cleaning, polishing and examination. I have had many appointments for root canals and fillings. Dr. Rich and staff always try to make you feel comfortable no matter what procedure they are doing. I have never experienced pain with any of the work that has been done on my teeth, and I have had a lot of dentistry work over the years. I have no anxiety about going to Dr. Rich and staff, they are very capable.
I took my 3 year old boy in. Dr. Rich and his staff are very patient and did great with my kiddo.
Dr. Rich is great. He is the dentist with whom I have had the most consistency.
Best dentist I have ever seen. I had a strong dental phobia due to prior horrible experiences, and Dr. Rich was very understanding, going the extra mile to help me through it. He's very gentle, and he LISTENS. He figured out that I have an extra nerve in my lower jaw that was keeping me from getting numb. I still don't like having cavities filled, but I'm no longer sent into a panic by the very idea.
2 crowns done. He provides the best dental care I have ever had.
Dr. Rich is honestly the best dentist I have ever met. He is not only personable but cares about your well being. I avoided going to the dentist for years due to mental fears and Dr. Rich and his staff made me feel comfortable, acknowledgemed my fears and did not make me feel bad for having them. The entire staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Dr. Rich is by far the best dentist in the Washington area and I would recommend his office to anyone in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend going to Dr. Rich. I was amazed by his use of technology that thoroughly checked the health of my teeth. Dr rich took the time to explain everything to me and gave me time to ask questions that I had.
Kelly did an excellent job on my teeth as usual, every visit to Dr. Rich's office is extremely pleasant, from the check in to the check out. Thanks you!
Dr. Travelle reviewed my teeth today. He explained everything in details which I could understand, and answered all of my questions. I felt much more comfortable once he had spoken with me.
