Dr Rich and his whole staff are wonderful. This is why I've been going to their office for so long. People think I'm crazy when I say "I look forward to going to the dentist".
I have been with Dr Rich since he took over for dr huff. The filling I had done was pain free and the staff are really friendly.
I have been receiving my dental care there for the past 11+ years. I receive excellent care and recommend Dr. Rich whenever I have the opportunity.

I had a new Dentist and she was very nice, I m the one that's the pain. But every one is always wonderful.
Dr. Rich is a fantastic dentist but more than that he is ethically and morally honest. I have had several procedures done and every time Dr. Rich ensures that the issue is fixed. I cannot say enough kind words on his character. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Friendly, understanding, and a regular guy, respectful. Dr. Rich inspected my teeth, went over plans for the future, and expressed appreciation/concern for my current situation.
I had aa great experience on my fist visit. It was the most thorough 2 hour appointment I have ever had. And I actually learned a lot about what was going on with my dental health and ways I could improve and things I was doing really well. Dr. Rich took the time to introduce himself and was incredibly personal. I found this shocking because this rarely happens.
