First time check up. Best check up I have done in my 20+ years I have been to the dentist. He explains everything in detail and worries about your dental work and health work as well. I will recommend 100%
I had a couple of chips in my tooth and had an appointment to get a crown. Got to the prep state and was then told 20 minutes later that because of another patient that I needed to reschedule my appointment. The chips were temporarily filled and off I went. The temporary filling lasted all of four hours before they had both popped out. Not a good experience this time around.
This past visit was for a regular check-up. I like that Dr. Rich keeps current with the latest dental equipment in his office- digital display of x-rays, cancer screening machine, laser cleaning, just to mention a few. Everyone you encounter in Dr. Rich's office is courteous & pleasant from the moment you step through the door. Dr. Rich has a great chair-side manner. I have recommended this office to friends & acquaintances.
Best Dental Hygienist I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by! I cannot recommend the staff here enough, the experience is fantastic from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Professional, courteous, compassionate, a great sense of humor, AND advanced knowledge and treatment types = AMAZING!
I have had old fillings repaired or replaced and a few crowns were needed. Also I have my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months as I make a lot of tartar.
We have been going to Dr. Rich since he arrived in town and would not consider going anywhere else. He is simply the best--kind, careful, compassionate and eminently qualified and an expert in the latest dental practices.
Standard annual cleaning and check up. Very good results. No problems. Some discomfort during cleaning but due to the chemistry in my mouth I always have very heavy buildup on my teeth requiring heavy scraping to remove it.
Daughter had cavities filled One thing that is consistent, is they are always on time! Dr Fields was very nice.
couple years worth of things on my dental plan to fix and repair excellent office love the staf and Dr Rich, they are very nice and really care about you to make u comfortable not matter what
