Very nice and gentle and willing to listen to what is going on.
I have had a crown and several fillings and have had no problems with any of them. Dr. Rich has a very warn and relaxed personality for someone like myself who has anxiety. He makes me feel very comfortable and I don't believe that he does any unnecessary dental work.

Everyone in this office is friendly, professional and kind. I have been a patient there for over 15 years. We have taken our kids there as well as our elderly grandmother. I have seen Dr. Rich come in on a weekend because someone was in great need. I trust him and have told my friends and family about him when they move to the area. I have had cavities filled, a procedure for the gums called root planning, and cleaning. I have had a teeth whitening process and a night guard to protect against grinding teeth.
Friendly guy that does great work. What more could you want?
I was very pleasantly surprised at my first visit to this office. The dentist and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The office atmosphere is very nice. The equipment in this office is very up to date.
The best dentist ever! He has an excellent chair side manner and really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
