Cleaning and general exam with x-rays. Highly recommend this office and the staff.
I am a new patient and had an exam and cleaning. My initial visit far exceeded my expectations. This is the most professional dentist I have ever been to. I moved to Auburn 13 years ago and wished I had known about this office at that time. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and in their first-time examination. This was the best experience I'd ever had at a dentists office. I had lost a filling in my front tooth and a previous dentist had shortened my front teeth teeth without asking. Dr Rich assured me he could restore my front teeth. I left with my natural smile back. I was so thankful he took the time to listen to what I needed. I will definitely be back ,
I did not see Dr.Rich during this appointment, but I will soon for a filling. I have great respect for his work and for him as a person. He is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I truly appreciate being in his care. I trust all of the decisions he makes for my dental health.

I have known Dr. Rich for several years, but this is my first visit to him as a dentist. I had a full exam, cleaning, x-rays, and scheduled additional treatment for two cavities. I felt relaxed during my visit, and they were very thorough and explained each step of what they were doing. I felt they were concerned for me and my health, and that they treatment plan they laid out for me was very reasonable and on target. i will definitely recommend Dr. Rich/Simply Smiles to anyone who asks for dental recommendations.

My sister recommended Dr. Rich and we are so glad we went! I took my two daughters for their 6-month cleaning and Claire and Lori took fantastic care of both girls. They were friendly and engaging and explained what they were doing in age-appropriate terms. Cleaning teeth with braces is no easy task, but they did a thorough, professional job. Dr. Rich was helpful and provided good guidance and overall care. Front desk was very helpful when the water jug for coffee/tea was empty. Business/finance gal was very kind, too.
