Today was a routine cleaning and inspection which went well. Look Ma! No Cavities!! As usual the staff was great and everything was handled by them, insurance, etc... I would recommend Dr. Rich and his staff to anyone.
Dr. Rich was very friendly. His exam was quick, yet thorough. He has a great staff, and clearly takes pride in his practice.
Dr. Rich is very easy to talk to and makes sure your visit has met all your needs and expectations. He explains the details clearly, makes sure there is NEVER any pain, and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. I have recommended Dr. Rich to my friends and will continue to do so. I have been a life-long dental CHICKEN but Dr. Rich has cured me of that.
My first visit was a root canal. I have VERY high anxiety and not the best patient. So much patience and caring came from the team. They were amazing! Taking as much time as I needed to get through the visit. I felt as though they had no other patients to tend to. I truly felt as though I was the only one in the office they had to worry about. Check-up with Dr. Rich was short and to the point, the best kind of interaction with a Dentist, in my opinion.
I had a crown prep appointment. I would recommend Dr. Rich.
Dr. Jennifer Fields was the one to see my children and she great. She was very personable, clearly explained to me what was happening to my children's teeth, preventative measures to keep their teeth healthy and answered all my questions. We look forward to meeting Dr. Rich on our next visit.
Super nice guy....down to earth.....genuine concern for patient dental health and comfort level.
Going to the dentist isn't exactly high on my list of fun things to do, but Dr Rich and his entire staff are terrific and always make my time there enjoyable.
