I always receive excellent care and customer service from all the providers there.
I've been coming to this office for three years and have been extremely happy. The front desk is very helpful and accommodating. I've been other places where they try to tell you that you require services, where at Dr. Rich's they are honest about their concerns. I just received a filling on a chipped tooth yesterday and you can't even tell it's there! (When I got it "fixed" years ago at another office, the filling was discolored and came out a month later. I had a deep cleaning done by the hygienist for this visit, so I did not see Dr. Rich. I did not experience any pain, and was instructed on what to take once the medication wore off. I have nothing but great compliments about my experience. I highly recommend this dentist.
We recently moved to Auburn and were looking for a family dentist in the area. My co-worker highly recommended this office. We were extremely happy to have found such a great dentist so close to home. My two young children (4yr & 1.5yr) and I recently went for our routine cleaning. The staff were excellent with the kids, and my visit was pleasant and pain free. I'm happy that my kids are not scared of the dentist ... that speaks volumes to the kind of care you get here.
Saw other dentist. She seemed great. This office is a well-oiled machine. They know dentistry and as important, people. I feel comfortable there and readily refer them to anyone in need of a dentist.
Dr. Rich and his staff are competent, caring, and efficient. I have received the best dental care and I completely trust Dr. Rich to be my dentist for life. My teeth and gums are thriving now! Thank you Dr. Rich and entire team! I highly recommend this dental team to everyone!
First time check up. Best check up I have done in my 20+ years I have been to the dentist. He explains everything in detail and worries about your dental work and health work as well. I will recommend 100%
I had a couple of chips in my tooth and had an appointment to get a crown. Got to the prep state and was then told 20 minutes later that because of another patient that I needed to reschedule my appointment. The chips were temporarily filled and off I went. The temporary filling lasted all of four hours before they had both popped out. Not a good experience this time around.
This past visit was for a regular check-up. I like that Dr. Rich keeps current with the latest dental equipment in his office- digital display of x-rays, cancer screening machine, laser cleaning, just to mention a few. Everyone you encounter in Dr. Rich's office is courteous & pleasant from the moment you step through the door. Dr. Rich has a great chair-side manner. I have recommended this office to friends & acquaintances.
