Has very good insight about the health & condition of a tooth and how to save it. Staff are very courteous & attentive to one's comfort during procedures. Stops when pain occurs and reevaluates process to minimize pain. The best Dentist I have ever had
I had fillings done recently and was totally thrilled with the results. Nicole was so careful in getting the right color for my tooth. There was no pain, and I have noticed over the many times I have been in, that if they think you are in any form of discomfort, they will stop to give you a break and make sure you are ready to resume treatment before starting again. Wonderful staff, all very polite and professional. They are very skilled and have good answers to my questions. I have complete confidence and would not even consider another Dental office. You can't go wrong trusting your family members to these folks - they take care of you and are very honest! Dr Rich came to Auburn several years ago and I have never had another dentist since he arrived. He sets a pretty high bar for the practice that others need to try to jump over.
I did not work with Dr. Rich but worked with Dr. Fields today during my first appointment with Simply Smiles. She was very nice and detailed when going over my diagnoses. She was straight to the point but had nice manners to her.
I am deathly afraid of dentist due to a bad experience as a young man. I explained this to Dr Rich and he listened! I went in and had to have an unexpected start of a root canal. Dr Rich and his team made a high stress situation go almost pain free. Bless you Dr Rich looking forward to my visit.
