I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Rich's diagnosis, treatment, and direct care. He is the 4th dentist I have tried in this area and I am finally satisfied. I recommend him highly.
I went to Dr. Rich years ago , moved away Now moved back and i am happy to be back with Dr. Rich. I HATE going to the dentist And his office is very tuned into my fear of the Dentist. Couldn't not ask for better care. You are number 1
Every time I have a dental appt. I am totally comfortable, relaxed, well-informed and efficiently cared for! Dr, Rich is personable and pleasant and very professional! I highly recommend Dr. Stuart Rich as your family dentist! He has taken care of me and my four kids for the past 20 years or so and we have always had a great experience!
Processes are explained well and office staff competent. Billing and appointments are straightforward. I moved to Seattle area from Midwest so am still shocked at medical costs in the region. My only request would be to sign on to more of the major dental programs as a preferred provider. I like this office and continue to go to it but likely will not be able to afford to in retirement since not a preferred dentist on plans I can access.
Great no stress. Was not disappointed. I felt no pain during procedure.
Dr. Rich and his staff are highly professional, and very kind. It is evident that this practice makes patient comfort a top priority. The office staff is very careful to thoroughly check for insurance coverage prior to the exam or procedure. I have never been surprised by costs, and the estimates have been very accurate. I would certainly recommend this practice to others.
Very informative. Helps me make the best choices for my mouth and my wallet. Kind & compassionate attitude. If I have my way about it I will never see another dentist other than Dr. Rich. I would recommend this dentist and his team to everyone.

Dr. Rich is the best dentist i have ever had. He is thorough and very clear about the care that is needed. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Rich and highly recommend him and his office to everyone. For the fist time in my entire dental history I had a pain free visit thanks to his method of helping people. His office is an office filled with staff who genuinelly care.
