I used to go to Dr Rich when he was in CA in the 1990's. But now that I'm in WA too, I looked him up! And it's good to see he is still the caring, gentle, professional he was way-back-when. I highly recommend Dr Rich - he'll be honest and won't just try to make money off of you. He and his team even gave me lower-cost alternatives to some of their recommendations! Highly recommend!

I had bad experiences with dentists in the past but Dr Rich and the rest of his staff make me feel relaxed while I am in thier care. Wish I would have found them years ago. They are the best!

Dr. Rich's ooffice is very professional. The staff is wonderful, very courteous, and very attentive to patient needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpfulf regarding patient questioning. I'm a regular patient of Dr. Rich, I want to thank him for seeing me so quickly on such short notice with a minor dental emergency I had (I fractured a tooth and needed a crown). He and his assistant Alicia were a great team. They explained everything in detail before the procedure and what to do before I left. They were very considerate and patient with me, and had me in and out without any problems in no time. Many thanks, highly recommended!

Dr. Rich and his whole staff are so professional and thorough. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. They are up to date on all the newest procedures and dental products.
