It started with an emergency visit. It turns out I had been clenching my jaw in my sleep and had subsequently broken a molar. The first dentist I went to immediately said I needed a crown. It was like I was an inconvenience to the other Dentist. Thanks goodness I found Dr Rich! He took the time to determine the cause of my issue and also took the time to properly treat it. I have a very high anxiety about going to the dentist. simply Smiles and their entire team always makes me feel at ease and talks me thru the whole process and they are always nice about it. Thank you to everyone at the office for always making my visits comfortable and relaxing.
I became a patient of Dr. Rich with Dr. Wood' retirement. I have been pleased from my first visit with Dr. Rich and absolutely love the office staff. Most of my work now is cleaning and the periodic checks, but I have had crown replacements, successful deep cleaning ( I had a five after my bout with cancer), filling replacements and one wisdom tooth extraction (Dr. Rich sent me to a specialist on that one).
