She was very professional with a caring and sensitive personality. Easy to talk to too and attentive to my wishes and concerns. The staff was totally in sync and exemplified amazing customer service, showcasing a sincere and trustworthy persona that was very honest and made me feel welcome and special.
Everyone there is so awesome. They're are very friendly and thorough. After a bad experience with a dentist it's been a very welcome experience.
Dr Padilla chipped my front tooth and has caused permanent damage. Clearly should not be licensed and is very inexperienced.
Dr. Padilla is an awesome dentist! She is very good at dentisry, so caring about her patients making sure they are comfortable and not in any pain during the procedure, and makes sure the work is always done right to her high standards as well as the patients. She will always take the time to make the patient happy. I will not go to any other dentist.
I worked for a dental temp agency for many years, working in over 100 dental offices in the Seattle- Olympia area. I've seen a lot and been privileged to see how various offices operate behind the scenes too. Dr Riches office is my personal choice out of them all, to bring my family too!! Highly organized, clean, on time, very friendly and highly capable staff. They appreciate a wholistic viewpoint of their patients, and employ cutting edge technologies. No shortcuts; I trust them fully!!:)
Did not see Dr. Rich, saw another dentist at Dr. Rich's clinic who was great. Thorough, and was very clear what I needed to do to maintain the health of my teeth. Was recommended a night guard to make sure I did not wear my teeth out.
Not only is Dr. Rich an amazing dentist he is an outstanding person. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain your options and answer any questions you may have. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. Ive never waited past 5 min of my appointment time which is great. I would recommend simply smiles to anyone.
