Very informative. I went in for a chipped tooth which was cutting my tongue badly. He got a temporary crown on for me, performed a cleaning with detailed x-rays and pictures of my teeth. He explained the condition of my teeth and is putting together a plan to solve my problems. He did the best job of educating me about my teeth that I have ever gotten. My initial estimate for a deep cleaning seemed reasonable for the amount of work that will be performed as I have had it done before at another dentist. Overall it was a great... read more
Both the Hygienists and the Doctor took time to ensure my comfort and to provide me with information. I have a quite a bit of dental anxiety. They are very understanding and patient and never make me feel like I am being a pain. They were very respectful and sensitive to my needs.
I wish I could afford to all the work done that I need. Even with my insurance I still just can't afford to have it done at this tim. But I think he is awsome and I would definatly recommend him.
Their staff is friendly, easy to work with. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. The front desk girls researched my dental plans for me to help decide the best value of treatment. The hygenists are kid friendly and sensitive to fears, provide clear instructions and "goodie" bags that are specific to patients needs, not generic to everyone. Excellent Dentist with a great staff. I have only recently switched dentists and am very pleased with Dr. Rich.
I met Dr. Rich briefly - he seems very nice. I have had deep cleaning and everything has gone very well. I have received excellant care and understanding of my fears. I would recommend this office to all my friends.
the best dentist and office staff I have ever been to. I would recommend this Dr and office to all of my family and friends and do when anyone new comes to town. All medical and dental office need to pattern their practices based on this staff and office, an awesome example of professionalism
Replacement of crown that had fallen off. The only suggestion for improvement I can think of is that the office uniforms were somewhat disconcerting. They reminded me of Nazi dress uniforms.
