My son had a small cavity. He still doesn't know that he got a shot of novicaine. It was comepletely painless.
I was seen by Dr. Jacobsen. Very professional, knoweldegeable, friendly, and balanced in terms of the tretment plan she reccomended. I'm very happy with this office.
Dr. Rich was very patient with my wiggly 5 year old. He never frustrated and talked very respectfully to my son for the duration of his appointment.
Dr Rich and the staff at Simply Smiles are truly exceptional! I came to Dr. Rich in March of 2010 completely terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience with another dentist 5 years prior. The staff calmed my fears and worked with me (through the tears and anxiety) and has now made going to the dentist something to look forward to, rather than fear. My teeth are in the best possible shape they can be in and I credit that to Dr. Rich and his staff!

Both Dr. Rich & Laurie were great with my daughter today! She did not experience any pain or anxiety over the visit and Laurie carefully explained to her about correct brushing technique.
Routine cleaning and check, I have dual dental insurance so cost is not an issue. The office is well appointed, immaculate at all times and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended Dr. Rich to friends, family and co-workers.
Generic cleaning, cancer exam, hands-on check by Dr. Rich. Treatment always sucessful, no pain, some dental chair discomfort ameliorated by nitrous oxide and visiting. Reviewing general costs with contemporaries, I would suggest the cost(s) are on the high side vs. what others say their dental office charges. Overall, terrific professional staff and I would not ever hesitate in recommending your group to others. Thanks
