Crown replacement--took a fairly long time (small cavity filled also). I got fairly anxious toward the end. Usually the gas prevents anxious feelings so not sure it was up as high as it could have been. I felt the assistant wasn't too sure of herself when replacing my temporary--another assistant had to come in to finish. Everyone was very nice.
Very meticulous. Top notch dentist who cares about his patients.
I thoroughly enjoy the service at the office. Everyone is very kind.
After not having gone to the dentist for a few years I was rather nervous to return and hear what may be wrong. The hygienist was great at explaining everything and reassuring me through the whole process. She gave me great tips to do at home to keep up my oral hygiene and health. As far as cost I do not know as we did not have a bill. Our insurances paid the cost of all treatment as far as I know. This may change if or when I get a bill. We are looking forward to our new choice of dentist. We love the location and the office was friendly and helpful.
Did not see Dr. Rich. Routine exam and cleaning were conducted by the hygienist.
So far he has been a great dentist, very helpful and understanding with my wants and needs. thank you.
Dr. Rich is great. Though he did not do my dental exam, Dr. Jacobson did. Dr. Jacobson did a great job in explaining everything and the treatment plan, though there was one "questionable" cavity, I appreciated that she didn't want to take a chance and let it go. Dr. Rich did take the time to come back and say hello to me and greet me, even though he didn't do my dental exam, I appreciated that he took the time in the midst of his busy schedule. The entire staff including Dr. Rich have been nothing less than excellent in all areas of treatment I have received from then in the past four years. This has included emergency proceedures, extractions, cleaning and maintenance. Caring and spot on treatment! The Best!
