Great experience all around. Would recommend Dr. Rich and his staff to anyone!
Before coming to Dr. Rich I had not been to the dentist in many years due to a poor experience with a different dentist. My teeth and gums were in very bad shape and required a thorough root planing. Dr. Rich has encouraged me to keep up on my routine maintenance and over time my teeth and gums have never been healthier.
It was another great visit :) Will be back again without a doubt.
Very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't feel like I was in your typical, meat-market, over-booked dental facility. This is an office that gets the job done, keeps the appointments running on time, has state-of-the-art equipment and no nasty surprises with costs. They know insurance companies and how to work with them.
Regular check up and cleanning it went very well and no pain.
I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist. Sever enough that I have avioded the dentist for over 10 years, Starting with the first visit to Dr. Rich's office, everyone has listened to my fears and concerns and bent over backwards to ensure I felt comfortable and pain free every minute. I have never felt so comfortable as I did in the dentist chair. I haven't been to the dentist in at least 10 years, due to horrible experiences I have had at the dentist. In just one visit, they have managed to remove 50% of my stress related with the dentist and their office. I would recommend this dentist office to any and everyone!
Dr. Rich and the staff is the best overall treatments I have had thru out my dental needs over the years. I will not change from his office unless health wise something happens to me. Great visit, both Dr. Rich and my hygienist put me at ease. Jana at the front desk was very welcoming and very informative in helping me understand my bill. I would highly recommend this office!
